The message says:
You have two options:The seller accepts encrypted website payments only. You cannot pay the seller through un-encrypted buttons. Please contact your seller for more details.
1. Edit your PayPal.com profile and set "Encrypted Payments" to NO. http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.p..._in_a_Nutshell
or
2. Do not use the PayPal IPN module. Use Express Checkout instead..
