Error message In Admin/Payment Modules

Getting this error message in the Modules/Payment area of a friend's ZC:

I re-uploaded the shopping_cart.php file & the modules.php file -- still have the error. I looked at the modules.php file, line 174 but hey -- it was a good look. I have no clue what to look *for*.....

You have accidentally copied what looks to be the file:
/includes/modules/payment/shopping_cart.php

That file does not belong in the:
/includes/modules/payment

directory and it is trying to autoload its matching language file ...
