Are there any options to set the customers or manufacters can post their products ?
Or any plugins we can install to use this ability ?

There is an Admin Profiles mod that allows you to give limited access to certain users. This could presumably be used for them to post their products, though I don't know if it is fine-grained enough to limit them to their own and nobody else's. Check out the Admin Profiles support thread in Contributions.
