Missing Admin --> Modules

I have a client with their zencart store already setup. I am needing to login to add a payment module so that they can accept credit card payments. All of the instructions i see say to go to admin --> modules, but that link is no where to be found when i login to the admin section. I have attached a screen shot of the admin section that i am seeing. please help! :)

Has one of the Admin Access Level addons been installed?

if this is something that isnt installed by default, then no. can you point me in the right direction on how to install this?

I have installed the Linkpoint/Yourpay module but i still do not see an "admin-->modules" section once i login as the admin. Any idea on how to get this menu option to appear?

Try reuploading the whole Admin directory.
