Changing Text On Homepage

Hi,
I am trying to change the text that currently read "New Products for July" (right side column header text) to say something else.

Can anyone tell me what template I need to update or where this area can be added via admin?

I also need to limit the number of items displayed in that list as well. Could use advice on that too.

All output text is defined in language files. You can find the place to edit by pasting a distinctive bit (e.g. "NEW PRODUCTS FOR") in admin > Tools > Developers Toolkit, lower left box; select all catalog files and search.

Among the results will be the file and line number where that text is defined. Open the file in a good text editor and change as you wish.
