Double Image on Home Page

I'm sure the answer to this is so incredibly simple but I just can't seem to figure it out and it's bothering me alot..

On my home page which can be seen here http://www.mymobilewebsite.org/ there are 2 of the picture that I want. I only want one! I don't understand why 2 of them come up after using the define pages editor.

Also, how can I remove the back button on the home page? I know this has been addressed before, "by opening the template and removing the code", but what template is being referred to? I don't understand what is meant by that. Thanks!

In case that was too confusing.. anything that I write in the define pages edit is doubled on the home page..
