I modified a file in /includes/modules - where to put it in my /CUSTOM template?
would it be /CUSTOM/includes/modules/file.php
??

I modified a file in /includes/modules - where to put it in my /CUSTOM template?

If you follow the patterns of the /classic directories you can locate where to put them ...
Example:
/includes/modules
would use:
/includes/modules/classic
/includes/modules/your_template_dirLinda McGrath

The rule of thumb is the CUSTOM_TEMPLATE directory is at the same level as the file you have just modified.
