error when loading create_account.php

I am having a big problem with create_account.php I tried to modify it and it crashes the system when a new customer is created, whether in the override temple folder or in the english folder, does not matter. here's the error message:

Warning: session_regenerate_id() [function.session-regenerate-id]: Cannot regenerate session id - headers already sent in /home/dotli3/public_html/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 162

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/dotli3/public_html/includes/languages/english/create_account.php:105) in /home/dotli3/public_html/includes/functions/functions_general.php on line 44

Tried replacing with original file and still get the error message.

Any ideas on this?

I replaced the file with a fresh file and all seems to be working now.
