Recently I had a customer order quite a bit from us, but she clicked three times on "Confirm Order" - thus there were three orders and three credit card charges ( two of which I voided.)

However, neither my "order details" page in admin nor my confirmation email have any products listed.

My merchant email receipt from authorize.net has 4 of the products, and then a very partial product name(the title was cut off due to lack of space), adding up to about half of the total cost of her order. I've emailed her about the problem but she hasn't responded yet with what she ordered.

Is there any other way I can retrieve these products from this order? Thanks!
