Remove Street Address & Postcode fields on Login page

Hi,

How would I remove the street address & postcode fields from the Login page? Is it also possible to remove the Telephone section & field from the Login page?

I have installed Zen Cart 1.3.7 with the latest security patch & followed the advice at:

I don't get any syntax error (with IE6) nor any validation error when people fill out the form leaving the fields blank. But I would like to remove the fields altogether as they're not needed. (My products are downloaded only & I need only a minimum of customer info).

In config > min values I've set DOB & Telephone Number as blank, Street Address, Company & Postcode are 0.

In config > customer details DOB, Company & Address Line 2 are all set to false.

At the moment I do however get a syntax error on the address book process & edit page, & my account password page.

There is a contribution in the downloads area I believe under miscellaneous for removing the phone number field. From the admin area you can turn it on or off. You should be able to modify this to also manage the other address fields.

I followed the advice at:

& edited the tpl_modules_create_account.php & tpl_account_edit_default.php & also tpl_modules_address_book_details.php & the fields are no longer displayed.
