Adding banner exchange code into blank side boxes

I am attempting to add a javascript/iframe combo code for a banner exchange into my template using the blank side box module. When I add it, the page doesn't load from where the side box starts (so just the header, a little of the left side bar and then no main content or the rest of the left side bar).

This is the code I am attempting to add:

With out altering the banner exchange code... what do I need to do to get the page to read this? I had the side box module working until this.

So, I fixed this.. for anyone else a little confused with the javascript stuff!

I had seen this but at the time it was beyond me.. but after reading it a couple of times (and changing my screen size so that things weren't overlapping) I was able to figure out the instructions.
