Try searching for that text via the Developers Toolkit under your Admin->Tools menu.
You'll find it in one of your language files.

thanks for that i found it
For some reason, the Developers Toolkit doesn't usually find what I need.
So I logged in through SSH and typed "grep -r -H "quick find..." ./ > whereisfind.txt"
Then opened whereisfind.txt and looked at it.
That did the trick right away :)
Hello buddhaflow,
Any chance you could share your answer please?
I'm stuck on the same issue.
As Kim and I have explained above already, take the text you're looking for, copy it to your clipboard, open the Developers Toolkit, and paste your search text in the bottom search field, choose All Catalog Files, and click search. It's that simple.
If for some reason that doesn't bring it up, shorten your search text to a subset, maybe one word instead of several, etc.

ONLY if not using a custom template. If they have properly done the override, it would be /includes/languages/english/CUSTOM/header.php where CUSTOM is the directory for the new template.
