    Default Login problem... Add it to the pile.

    Hi guys,

    I am on version 1.37 after upgrading a template not only can people not login but they get a weird error that says:

    Errors have occurred during the processing of your form.

    Please make the following corrections:

    *

    All the proper fields have been entered too. It's weird and I don't speak computer so if anyone has any idea what this means or how to fix it I would love to hear about it. And I would really appreciate it.

    This doesn't even tell me where to start.

    Assuming that you have used the override system

    re-upload the cart files to your host

    Hey Kobra, thanks for replying.

    Yes, yesterday I was having a problem where users couldn't change their shipping details (must select country from the pulldown menu error) and so I re-uploaded the entire 'templates' folder and that part worked. I have now discovered this new problem which I fixed my removing the state field. And now i am left with the 'must select country from the pulldown menu error' but in the create account area.

    Are you talking about re-uploading ALL files? Wouldn't there be a specific file or place I can go to fix this?

    Yes, but it might take longer to determine this than to reload them all

    Hey Kobra,

    I realise my mistake (possibly) was installing the Purpleshades template for v1.36 into my zen cart version 1.37. I only have files for 1.37.

    Would this likely be it? And I'm not sure what re-uploading all my files will do since I only changed the template and nothing else.

    Yes there are a few differences between 1.3.6 and 1.3.7

    take a look at

    (sorry, site offline)

    and see the ones that are designed for 1.3.7

    Reload the same version files as are installed...If you have installed ZenCart 1.3.7 then this are the files you want, If you have 1.3.6 installed then upgrade.

    As far as the template - I don't believe that there are file differences between for the template from 1.3.6 to 1.3.7 - but it is always good practice to check the files release date between versions (this would be the files included in the template) There are a coupe of releases of the Purpleshades template - which one are you using?

    I've been having the same problem, I turned off the company field although it wasn't marked as required and now it works
