not able to login admin area

i am not able to login admin area since 30 min ....
before i had no problems.
If i put my login data in I get Error 500!

I try to upload the admin files and removed sessions from database.
Not using ssl and it is not set in config.php
How can i get access to admin now?

Ask your hosts if they are carrying out any server maintenance, if they have upgraded anything (PHP or MySQL) recently, or if they have had any outages on that server which required them to do a restore from backups.

is it possible that this depends on hacking zencart?

i restore from server backup but it's not working ...
it seems that the database not working for admin ...
The frontend is working fine ...

in the last month zencart works fine but since today i'm not able to login admin.

i do also a database and web restore from backup (2 days old)
no way - no admin login possible

we use our own server and there are no updates or changes made.

any idea?

It's the same database for both, so I am guessing that you have a problem with your admin/includes/configure.php file

The shops works but after I want to login in the admin area I got this message:
2006 MySQL server has gone away
in:
[select * from coupon_gv_queue where release_flag='N']

Ok since 3 people have that exact same problem with the admin panel since today on the exact same date could it be ZenCart related?

I mean, I can remember that the admin panel showed wether you had the current version of ZenCart or not and would show a message if not. It did this by automatically getting information from some ZenCart server.

Could it be that something was changed on their server that resulted in the problem of our zencart admin panel?
