Disable payment flags in footer

I accept payment via PayPal only and though credit cards are disabled in my admin config, both Visa and MasterCard logos are appearing in the footer. This can be somehow misleading to my customers so I would like to hide these or completely turn off footer. Thanks for help me in this issue in advance!

One way would be to add this to the bottom of your stylesheet:
