TEXT_FIELD_OPTIONAL appeared in my ZC Admin

I noticed the above text appeared beside most of my 'fill in the blanks' form.

I think it happened after I installed Clyde's Testimonial Manager.

Anybody knows how to fix this?

That means you're missing a file that contains a statement like:

define('TEXT_FIELD_OPTIONAL', 'blahblahblahblah');

If you only started seeing these symptoms after installing a contribution, perhaps that contribution either:
a) requires that define() statement and your upload somehow missed it;
or
b) while uploading, you somehow overwrote an existing file that "had" the define, but the new file does not;
or
c) you edited a file that contains that define() statement, but made a PHP syntax error somewhere, making the rest of the file no longer work after the syntax error

I don't know how to amend it, I can't get it using Developers Tool too.

Hey, I got it sorted. Clyde suggested to remove a string inside a .php file and it solved my problem.

I am having the same problem and it happened after the 'Testimonial' installation as well. What was it you removed?

upload a clean copy of html_output.php to:

admin/includes/funcitons/html_output.php
