Help!!!!!!

I'm not sure where to post this.. Hopefully here is good...

Has anyone ever had this error message.
I get it under my webpage address and when I try to go to admin logon.. I have no idea what is going on..

website:

1016 Can't open file: 'zen_db_cache.MYI' (errno: 145)
in:
[select * from zen_db_cache where cache_entry_name = 'zc_7eb4ed1f36d90140477d9474b61e0e26']

admin logon:

1016 Can't open file: 'zen_db_cache.MYI' (errno: 145)
in:
[delete from zen_db_cache] If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I'm not sure what version I am using for someone else set it up for me.. I'll try to figure it out if someone can help..

This is usually the result of a crashed MySQL database ...

Going into phpMyAdmin you can Repair your database tables and this should fix the issue ...

I am unable to log in at all.. where is the phplogin..
sorry I know NOTHING about this at all

phpMyAdmin should come with your Control Panel for your domain from your hosting site ...

If you are unsure how to get into it, contact your hosting site and ask them how to utilize phpMyAdmin ...
