Blank pages in admin section

I can see coupon admin in the admin section but when I click on it I am taken to a totally blank page.

This is also the same for

Tools - EZ Pages
Tools - Banner Manager

What do I need to do to fix this?

Sounds like you have bad, missing or corrupt files in the directory for /admin and/or its subdirectories ...

Reload the files and see if this doesn't fix everything for you ...
