Ok i am a new online business and have a zen store.

Can somebody tell me what are the chances of getting hacked ?

Also seeing everyone complaing about hack issues , why not invest in a hack certificate.

will that keep them away ! Having a green hack certificate and is it safe ?

Your chances are the same as anyone else.

Having a HackerSafe certificate will make your customers feel better.

Just drawing attention to the issue...everything that is posted here in not always a hack. 95% of the time it is something your host changed or something was changed by the user to make it function differently than usual.

That being said...there are valid hacks out there that are taken very seriously and rectified.

About putting those green hacker safe logos on your website... Just think about it, do you want to draw more attention to your website for the wrong people. Historically with hackers, if there is a challenge it is fun to them. Customers do however feel safer with the logo...that is true.

There is absolutly no reason to pay hundreds per month for a routine check for file changes once a day. Save your money and research how to protect your investment yourself. It will make you a smarter online business owner, your fears will still be there...just with a bit more peace of mind.
