Paypal shipping issue

First off, hello!
I'm a new zen cart user.. really nice product, and hats off to the coders. ( I did donate :-)

Anyways, I am not sure if the problem I'm having is just the way it's supposed to be or not, so I'll just describe what is happening and hopefully someone can just say yes that's the way it's supposed to be or, no it should be working like this and maybe point me in the right direction for a fix.

I am using zen cart 1.3.7.1 on a fresh install with php 4.3.11
The issue I'm having is after someone purchases something from my website using paypal IPN I get the payment, and see the orders and everything works great, except in paypal when I click on the print shipping label button, there is no pre-filled purchaser information like the buyers name, address, etc.. Paypal does know the buyer's name though as I can see it in my main account screen, but once I click the print shipping label, the shipping label information is blank, so I have to print a zen cart packing list or invoice to see what was purchased and to get the shipping address. Is this normal? Or should the shipping details be already pre-filled in for me?

Any help would really be appreciated. I've been racking my brain over this and searching the forums but can't find anything related directly to my problem.

If you use Express Checkout, all those details will be filled in.
The PayPal IPN module doesn't send those details for a myriad of reasons.

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question!

That eases my mind a bit, I thought perhaps I had something misconfigured, and now I know I don't.

As a side question, for anyone out there who cares to share their process, how do you print your labels when paypal IPN is used for the form of payment?

Hi B,
I have switched to using Express checkout. However, when I did use IPN, I would print the labels from either UPS online or USPS Click-n-Ship. Then manually provide the tracking info to the customers.
