coming soon product

I'm new to ZenCart and taking over a new client's zen cart site. He needs me to add a product to the catalog, have it display on the site but not be available for orders yet. How do I do this? I have it as available on a certain date in the future but this makes it display on teh site as coming soon but also as buy now. Please help

A product marked as Call for Price will not be able to be checked out but it can show all prices etc.

You could also change the image/text to read Coming soon ...

Then just change the setting from:
Product is Call for Price YES to NO
