Need Help Installing godaddy SSL

you need to set the permissions to 777
download the file
set ssl to true
save
re-upload
resetto 444

www.pricepiggie.com is my site and SSl is installed on the root directory but i dont see https:// anywhere. i guess this means its not secure?

ssl is running like its supposed ot

https is only on login/create account anything that has to do with account or checkout

Thanks merlinpa1969, it does, your right! Now where should i put a certificate? and how do i put it there? i want it to be places somewhere neat and clean and for it to be working and clickable. What other safe logos should i throw on it?

the best place to put the java code for the godadddy cert is in th e
includes/templates/YOUR TEMPLATE/common/tpl_mainpage.php

If you want it in the center youwill need to remember to add center tags around the code from GD

if you can look at my page, where do you think i should put it? should i put it on the left of the credit card logos on the bottom of the page? where whould I find the code to that? i know as much PHP as i do about woman's make-up.. ZERO!

you need to get the code from Godaddy
this is a Template onster template so Im going to assume ( and homefully not make an ###### outta myself )
that you will instead put it in the
includes/templates/YOUR TEMPLATE/common/footer.php
you will need to open to file and find the table to uput it in,

it is a template monster template and i will play around with it i guess. wish me luck lol. i got the code from godaddy, thats the easy part, finding someplace to put it and how to get it there is the hard part... and i am scared of messing something up.. AGAIN lol

And with this many of the normal methods won't be compatible as they normally hack the template code to pieces
