You have an image that is 188px in height but in your stylesheet.css file you have this so try editing the highlighted value and see if IE likes that better
Code:#logoWrapper{ background-image: url(../images/header_bg.jpg); background-repeat: repeat-x; background-color: #ffffff; height:75px; }

to fix it i put the Mainwrapper bgcolor to the same,
but my payment calculator bg doesnt show up.
You appear to have taken a div based layout for your product info page and added or replaced with many tables....I am not good with tables but suspect that this might be the cause

This page has a huge number (240) of validation errors. I recommend fixing these before trying to solve individual layout problems.

Dont come down on me too hard here but
What is validation?
Why is it impotant?
Can these errors be fixed without rebuilding my site?
Web sites are written in a language. Most are written in HTML or the more advanced XHTML. There is an international body that sets standards for how that language should be written and interpreted by web browsers. Validation is the process of ensuring that your page conforms to those standards.
Why is this important? Well if you write code that doesn't conform to the standards, there's a fair chance that some of all of the browsers won't know how to render your site when visitor's come visitors ... Exactly what you are experiencing.
The errors won't fix themselves or just go away. So corrections would need to be done by somebody. Whether they would be as extensive as to require re-building of the site would depend upon their seriousness.
A quick look at your site suggests that you have made some major changes to the structure of the cart, some of which would need some serious editing. I suspect that this has happened because you have copied an entire page from somewhere else and pasted it into one of your Zen Cart template files.
