getting this error but the file is set to 444 :S

Try using what ever control manager your host provides and check the permissions there if you have set this via FTP

i have and they say its set to 644 as well, think i got a currpted file somewhere. well fresh install time.

Which is it? Then insure that you set it to 444 and see if that fixes it

right done a total fresh install and still says the same thing. lol not my day today lol
