Default ShipWorks updating, but not with super_orders

ShipWorks does successfully download for me with orders.php and a custom autoupdate with barcode module I made. However, when using super_orders.php, SW will not recognize a status update change.

Anyone run into this or know of the reason/solution?

    Thanks

Probably because super_orders.php is not orders.php, and it wouldn't surprise me that the plugin you're using makes changes to orders.php which aren't reflected in your super_orders.php file (since Super Orders is another plugin, and not part of original Zen Cart files).

SW does update correctly and it reflects in both super_orders and orders.php status history.

It's when I update in admin super_orders, SW does not change. But like you said, it's another module not native to ZC.
If I update in admin orders.php, SW will recognize every update. Even if it's just a comment, no status change with a new modified timestamp.

It's as if super_orders does not update to the database the same way orders.php does. I mean, it writes to the database, but not in a way SW can see. This one stumps me.
From what I have read in the posts, others have experienced this, but have resolved it and I assume this was with regular orders.php. I have reviewed both files and cannot see what super_orders lacks that will not act the same as orders.php for SW to accept the status changes.

    I'll keep plugging away.

Hi... In my quest for a shipstation replacement I'm working with ShipWorks and am wondering if anyone has hacked this to load images of the products? If I can get it to work on my own I'll post here. It is very intuitive as is, and easier, in my humble opinion than other options with our 1.5.1 zencart. ShipWorks told me to play around with the shipworks3.php file so I'm into that now but am a trial and error coder and any insights appreciated.

Specific to pulling it from a zencart table? I'll look... thanks. I'm using the plugin, I believe, from here.

Where do you want the images? There is code for images but I don't have this installed anywhere to even remember how it works!

I'm going to see if I can use an existing field. It does show images if you have an ebay store so the code is there in its php file. I got on the shipworks forum but no bites yet.
