Manually change a customer's GC?

Hi again,

I have a customer who was confused by the GC process and placed her order without applying the amount, I have since spoken to her and she would like to use the certificate. How do I manually take her certificate out of her account?

You would manually need to change her record in the database table coupon_gv_customer

I'm not sure where to find the database table coupon_gv_customer .

You would see your database in phpMyAdmin ...

This would let you browse your database tables and add/edit the customer's record ...

This is stored with just the customer_id and amount in the coupon_gv_customer table ...
