Default How do I turn my cart off?

    Hi Folks,
I'm having a problem, upgrading my maestro system.
How do I turn off my cart until I have it sorted?

    Cheers,
    S.

Go into the Admin~Configuration~Website Maintenance and set "Down for Maintenance" to "True"
Set the other options as needed for your down time.

Set your site Down for Maintenance in the Configuration ... Web Maintenance ...

NOTE: upgrading a Live Site is not a good idea ...

The /docs that came with Zen Cart and the tutorials/FAQs and Wiki and a search on:
    /new_shop

would all show quite a number of safe methods to make changes, upgrades etc. to a shop to prevent problems ...

    It's now saying:
"We are just taking a moment to add support for some extra credit and debit cards, this is scheduled to take no more than an hour."
I can't find that text anywhere in the settings. Any ideas?

Look for includes/languages/english/down_for_maintenance.php and change the text.
