Default Table Rate Shipping Module not accepted

I've cloned the table.php module into a reg_table.php module and have replaced all reference of TABLE to REFTABLE as per the cloning instructions on the website.

It accepts the module wonderfully, but unfortunately, when a customer comes to the shipping options page, it doesnt 100% work. Yes, it shows the option of "Registered Mail", but when the radio-button is clicked and the customer wants to proceed to the payments page, it just returns to the shipping page.

Any idea what I could've done wrongly?

Yep, that turned out to be the thing.. Copied it again, renamed everything again, and poof, working like a charm :) Better to redo than to find the error lmao

Guess I cheered too soon.. I've got it working for the Registered Mail Table as well as the Standard Mail Table, but my Courier Table seems to not be working as it should! The customer is never able to go beyond the First Stage in the Checkout! Each time, it comes back to the Shipping page..

I've tried copying the table.php code in the the courier.php file, then replace manually all references to table (lower-caps) with courier, as well as _TABLE_ with _COURIER_..

Did I miss out on something? Really appreciate your help as I'm totally lost here now..

    Did you solve this problem?

If so, can you let me know how? I have a similar problem, but it only occurs with the Royal Mail Module on Eurozone48!!!

If anybody has any idea, I would appreciate your help.
