Could Anyone help me on this please, I was doing a final checking on adding product to shopping cart but I got this error show up

A: I got the Template from Monster Template "template_13914"

A: PHP Version 5.0.5

A: Yes, it does

Q: What exact steps (click by click) can consistently reproduce this problem?
A: Frist I click on NEW PRODUCTS or ALL PRODUCTS on the top menu then the page will show up fine, and there are 1 button Details, 2 button Add to cart both of them will make an error
