    Default upload pic at backend problem

    hi i helping a friend set up zen cart in her hosting but when i try upload new photo to server using the create new product function

    the system show me error as below...can any 1 help me on this? thx you alot

    next, you might check if you are uploading jpg, gif, or png. png is not really suggested but will work. Other formats will bomb out.

    Sometimes the basedir restriction can be caused by the .htaccess file or settings made by your host. If you are using standard image types, then try renaming the .htaccess to .htaccess_OFF and see what happens.
