Default Credit Card Processing Problem - Only some of the time. Mastercard

I cant understand whats going on.
I just set up a new merchant account with my website.
My Old one used Authrosize.net as a gateway so the both are the same.

The thing is, and I only just started recieving new orders. 2 Of them went through to processing to auth.net however they did not show up as orders on my site. The common ground for the two is that they are both Mastercard charges.

I also have other charges from Visa & Amex that went through with no problem.

I called Authorize.net and they said everything is looking fine on their end so it has to be a shopping cart isssue not theirs.

Business is going to get hairy soon, I dont want this to be a issue.
    What do i do??

Have you turned on "Enable database storage" in the module?
Have you turned on debug logging in the module?

Ok, I am running it in Sim Mode.
Thats why I didn't see those settings.
Why am I not running in AIM mode?
Because we don't have SSL on our site.
    Why don't we have SSL?
We figured that the data processes straight through Authorise.net
why would I need it? Why pay for it?
I could go to www.godaddy.com and get a ssl cert for $20
Is this the reason I should?

How about because I won't shop on your site without one ...

    If I won't, neither will 100s or 1000s of others ...

Why, with all the scares on the news ever day about identity theft would I want to give my information to someone without a secure server and how would I Joe blow consumer know that your Credit Card company is with AuthorizeNet and if I did know this how would I comprehend that that even means any part of my checkout is safe with you?

I'd rather pack up my credit card and go elsewhere ...
