Thanks for this great add-on

I was pleased to be able to successfully get to the "Processing" stage on both of my stores. However, I'm in the 5th day of waiting for it to finish processing and publish. Could this indicate a glitch of some kind?

Hmmm... Day 7 and still "Processing." Using FTP I went ahead and submitted a second catalog, being certain to conform 100% to all guidelines but 36 hours later still no luck with this one either.

I just installed this mod and when I try to create the feed file, a small window pops up and says:


Live Product Search Feeder v.1.06 08.11.2007 00:00:59 started 2007/12/28 16:52:08
Feed file - /home/qualityw/public_html/store/feed/LPS_OUTPUT_FILENAME
Processing: Feed - Yes, Upload - No
Live Product Search File Complete In 0.098539 Seconds 0 Records


Seems the "LPS_OUTPUT_FILENAME" isn't defined some place.
Any tips?

It is defined from within the ADMIN->CONFIGURATION->GOOGLE BASE FEEDER CONFIGURATION

I assume you meant ADMIN->CONFIGURATION->Live Product Search FEEDER CONFIGURATION ?????

I looked there first thing after installing as I do use Google Feeder. All I have there is:
username, password, server and currency choices.

One thing I wonder if I did wrong: the instructions say:
"3. Go to Admin->Tools->Install SQL Patches and install lps.sql"

I stared at that a while, and then did exactly what it says.
I installed the patches first...... then the lps.sql.

I wonder if installing sql in the wrong order screwed it up?
BTW Zen version 1.3.6

Hmmm... You know, I don't think I even SAW the two SQL patches! I ran the lps.sql and am not receiving any errors but it has been stuck on "processing" forever. When I run them now I receive the following error:

1062 Duplicate entry 'LPS_MAGIC_SEO_URLS' for key 2
in:
[INSERT INTO zen_configuration (configuration_id, configuration_title, configuration_key, configuration_value, configuration_description, configuration_group_id, sort_order, date_added, use_function, set_function) VALUES (NULL, 'Magic SEO URLs', 'LPS_MAGIC_SEO_URLS', 'false', 'Output Magic SEO URLs (separate module required)?', @configuration_group_id, 6, NOW(), NULL, 'zen_cfg_select_option(array(\'true\', \'false\'),');]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I take it that means that I DID run them, right??

running 1.3.7 with current version of this contribution. this mod is running on www.rubberduckbathrooms.co.uk/store and is where im getting the error when trying to upload

I've been uploading this feed via WS-FTP for several months, this morning uploaded 2 stores successfully, but the 3rd store failed consistently with this error: "453 Transfer complete but post processing FAILED". Apparently the upload works but the processing fails after that, and the prior data still shows on the Live Search Catalogs page. Suppose the Live Search FTP servers are down?

Anyone have any idea?

Hi,

I have two problems.

First, when it generates the XML file, it does not add the following to the end:

</OfferCollection>
</DataFeed>

Second, FTP fails with no response. I would contact my host but I have google and yahoo modules installed working without a hitch.

Any ideas?

I contacted MSN about this problem. There is a problem with an as yet unknown MSN server, they are working on it and it is likely to take quite a few days to locate & fix.
