How to set option value with a set image as default of an attribute?

Hi!

I have a dropdown attribute that should contain about 20 entries.

Is there a way to make these values default for the attribute, so I don't have to add each value to the attribute manually and for each product?

Also, each value should contain an image that doesn't need to be able to be changed for this value. Is there a way to link an image to a value that always shows when this value is used. Otherwise I need to upload it every time I add this value.

In the Attributes Controller there are ways to Copy from a Product to another Product or to a Category of Products ...

The Copy on the Product list also copies the attributes and images on a Copy to Duplicate when checked ...
