    Default SSL on Plesk problem

    Hi All,

I am installing zen-cart on my hosting, where using plesk. I put my all web contents into HTTPDOCS folder, and I using SSL. But a have my problem. When I go to SSL area (where login, check out, etc) the page redirecting into HTTPSDOCS folder. I already checked my config.php, and i think that is already corrected. Why that is happens? Anybody have solutions?

Default Re: SSL on Plesk problem

Are you setting up the site or are you the host? There is a switch in Plesk to use a single directory regardless of SSL or not. Click on Domain Templates and then your template. Under Physical Hosting, you should find two lines dealing with SSL. The first turns on SSL support and the second allows using one directory (httpdocs) for both secure and nonsecure. If your host has restricted you from these settings, you'll need to get them to change it for you.
