    red flag Customer not getting confirmation email

    I have checked threw all the email settings and cannot see why the client is not recieving any confirmation emails. When an order is placed the sales dept gets a copy of the email but the client does not. I have the send emails on and have tried the sendmail and php with the same outcome??

    Is the customer using a hotmail or yahoo address perhaps?

    Emails must send from known domain?
