USPS is saying 'sorry we are not shipping to your zone, it was fine yesterday but now???

shipping getting better but even though I have first class shipping enabled it says only rate available is priority and I want to offer ground

I see where you were going I went in and set it to online, it got a little cheaper but still only option is priority
