RUSSIAN PACK v1.3.7

Ok so basicly this site didn't have ANY russian pack for zen cart...
the russian zen cart site...zencart.spb.ru was down since forever...
I somehow managed to find this russian pack throughout the internet
so I brought it home :)
Didn't create it and Don't know who did....
But made it availble for 1.3.7
it's 97% done as far as I saw... and it has the whole admin area translated too which is very nice
