What do I have to do to get the Fed Ex module, available in the downloads section, working correctly? What fields need to be filled and do I need a Fed Ex account?

Hi Tony,
In the FedEx module there is a field: Insurance. How does populating this field affect the shipping charges? (does it at all?)
FedEx guidelines re Insurance: first $100 of the reported order value is free, then charges apply every $100 ($.55 + flat fee of $1.5 Ground or $2.75 Express) - in such case, how do I use the insurance field in module?
