    Default Gift Cert amount is not applied?

    For some reason, when I tried to enter the coupon code, the system says that "Congratulations you have redeemed the Discount Coupon" but the total amount is the same.

    Am I missing something here?

    You might peek at the input box that reads:
    Apply Amount:
    Available balance: $xx.xx
    And enter how much to apply to the order ...

    Huhm, I don't see that box anywhere, should it be on Step 2 or Step 3?

    1 in Modules ... Order Totals ... Gift Certificates ot_gv must be installed

    2 a Gift Certificate must be redeemed

    3 your template must be current

    See if this working with Classic Template ...

    When I go to main_page=gv_faq I see I have 5usd redeemed.
    For some reason, the "Gift Certificates" box does not appear at the check out, only the discount coupon box is available.
    I have:
    1. Gift Certificates ot_gv must be installed
    2. Gift Certificate redeemed
    3. Tried with the default template and got the same problem.

    Do you think there is some switch in the AdminPanel that I need to turn on?

    The check out page did not display GC redeem box, so I tried the discount coupon box, and it still went through as you see. I later went directly to main_page=gv_faq to redeem the GC, and it shows up on my balance. When I tried to check out again, the GC box still did not show up. I compared my checkout_payment_default page to ZC's default template and did not see any difference.

    This really doesn't make a lot of sense ...

    Do you have something like Beyond Compare from scootersoftware.com that would let you check the files on your site against a clean Zen Cart?

    Where did you get your Zen Cart that you installed/upgraded to?

    I found the solution, all thanks to Ajeh:

    I found out that I have customer_credit mod installed, which has the same sort order, so I changed it. And it's working now.
