Forgot Password and email Pass not working

I forgot my user name and password and tried a few that I thought it was and did not work.. THEN I found where I wrote it down... I put it in and did not work.. I clicked ont he "email a new password" link and put in the email and clicked send... it said that a new password was sent to the address... only problem is it HAS NOT COME THROUGH !!! .. I keep checking my email and no password....
What do I do now...?? Can I find it from within the Control Panel of the server... as in look in the folders etc... I dont know too much about MYSQL...???

I did the same thing. So I went to the tutorial section and found a way to reset the password.
