Coupon Edit Field at Step 2 is messed up, Help! (please)

When I return to checkout Step 2 of 3 to edit an order, the redemption code box is all funky (that's a technical term). The current redemption code is not in the field and it pushes down the heading of the payment area. It was also repeating the text, "Redemption Code" below the "Free Shipping" text, this was in english.php here: Line #58 : define('TEXT_GV_REDEEM','Redemption Code'); I removed the text just to see if thats where it was coming from. Any ideas??
