If you are not the Hoster then you should contact your Hoster and make them aware of the situation. Also, if 216.176.180.122 is a Dedicated IP for carterellis.com and was setup correctly, one should be able to use the IP address or the Domain name and see the exact same page. That does not happen in this case. In fact, it looks like the IP [216.176.180.122] is also the Base IP of the Server?

I only point these things out as they are discovered problems. To not correct can cause problems with your Web pages / Scripts and people accessing or using your site. This also makes it more difficult in troubleshooting problems you may be having with any specific script.
