SEO url's. Wheres the file?

hi. firstly i downloaded the ultimate seo url's contribution and noticed that there seems to be a file missing in the 'includes/function' folder. Theres nothing in there!

Also do i simply replace the .htaccess file with the one provided? I have not installed any previous contributions and as far as i know i have not previously edited the .htaccess file.

Also it says 'Replace /shop/ with the relative web path of your catalog'

So my zen cart files are located http://synthsoundz.com/site/

Is that what i have to put there. Do i need to include http:// etc?

I appologies if the answers to these questions are obvious, only the install instructions seem a little vague!
