Priced by Attributes problem - HELP!

My client has several items that are "priced by attribute" so the price is set to 0.00 and the attributes are marked as below.

POLYESTER DIGITAL PRINTED TABLE COVERS

Attributes Qty Price Discount:
Style 7501(4FT) = 1:325.00,5:235.00,24:210.00,25:180.00
Style 7503(6FT) = 1:310.00,5:250.00,24:200.00,25:170.00
Style 7504(8FT) = 1:330.00,5:240.00,24:215.00,25:190.00

The products price should show the lowest but it is BLANK. I've run a few tests and it seems that the price will only show if I enter something into the Price box under PRICES AND WEIGHTS. Is there any way to get the products price to display using only the Attributes Qty Price Discount???

In the price manager for the product, does checking yes to "Include in Base Price When Priced by Attributes" flag do the trick?

As I understand it, the PRICES and WEIGHTS section is part of the attribution manager and the Price and Weight that you put there applies only to the specific attribute you are creating/editing. It does not reflect the product base price but rather how much to add to the base price/weights should that attribution be selected. If your base price is zero and you have "Include in Base Price When Priced by Attributes" flags set to yes I would expect the price of the lowest cost attrib to show up as the displayed price for the product. No?

You might experiment with the "Discount type" in the price manager and try "Actual Price" or "None" along with the previous suggestions to see if that fixes it

Tried all suggestions but nothing worked.
FOUND A WORKAROUND:
All of these products have a "read only" attribute for [Artwork Requirements:] so I just set the lowest price manually in the price box under PRICES AND WEIGHTS and it seems to work. My guess is that since this atrribute is set to "read only" in Option Name Manager it does not add to the product price. WORKED FOR ME!!!
