I have installed this mnod and the changes and it sorts out the image issue mentioned in this thread.
However whilst the scrolling works the product images are not displayed, it's just the test that scrolls.
Any one got any ideas?

We are using ZenCart 1.38, no Image Handler.
The scrolling features look great, (thanks for the mod!!!) but I think it makes the mouse cursor jumpy on our site. I slowed down the crawl and reduced the number of images being showed, but it's still a bit jittery. Is there anything to do about this?

I've been using Zen Cart for about 2 months, now on version 1.38
I would like to put the scrolling features in an EZ Page instead of the Features box because EZ Pages are more flexible as far as where they display (as far as I know). I want the scrolling Features on the main page and in Category views, but not any deeper in the site such as in a sub-category or product view.
I have fiddled with the all of the settings in Config/Index Listing. Even after I tried setting all of the "Show Featured Products" items to 0, the scrolling features still show up everywhere, even in an empty shopping cart.
I have successfully turned EZ Pages on and off for individual areas by entering their page ID in various places, so maybe I'm just more familiar with that feature.
Anyway, please let me know if I can put the scrolling features somewhere besides the features box. Maybe put the features mod code into the EZ page text or something?
Thanks

Works fine as demo above shows..even when Image Handler2 is installed.
Hey Misty
I think I know what the problem is. I use an OLD OLD Kensington trackball. When I don't have the right driver the cursor jerks around just like this. Kensington doesn't even supply the driver for mine anymore: I moved to a new PC at work and had to use the "DO NOT USE WITH YOUR DEVICE EVER EVER EVER NOT SUPPORTED DANGER!!!" driver.
It works fine, but since this really isn't the right driver for my device that may be the problem. My co-workers all say that the scrollbox doesn't affect their cursor at all.
I'm getting a new Logitec trackball sometime in the next few days; I'll post and let you know if that changes anything.

Yes, the mouse cursor jumpiness was being caused by my trackball driver. I now have a new Logitech trackball and the jumpiness I had with the Kensington Orbit is gone.
Thanks for reporting problem is solvedI now have a new Logitech trackball and the jumpiness I had with the Kensington Orbit is gone.
BTW:
One of the templates we use will NOT show a specials or featured sidebox.
I placed the scrolling featured code into the "Blank Sidebox" mod files and it works great.
