Aust Post Module not seeing max weight

Hi All.
I am really pulling my hair out over this. I have fiddled with this for a couple of weeks reinstalling the two different modules. I reverted back again to the original Australian Post module and it still wont reconize the mazimum wieght of 20kg and I have set it in the Admin.

This site has some heavy products and cost way more to ship. I cant seem to get the cart to call for price or anything.

As I cannot work this one out I have solved the delema this way.

I created an image with text on it saying to contact for shipping quote and replaced the cal_for_prices.jpg with this image.
Then I set these products up as call for price but left the price in to display.

I had no other option.
