Seo and Web Site states

Hi All
I need some help please, I wont to get the SEO right for it.

Before i used zen cart i was using https://www.google.com/analytics and http://www.statcounter.com/
Which tells u where every one comes from etc.
but since i have had zen cart i can not track the info i am after, Yes zen cart tools tells u how many people have been to your products but i wont to see where people are coming from to see if all the marketing that we are doing is working.
