Quantity Discount in Percentage

Hi there,

Been digging around for awhile, and I assumed that you can only enter % quantity discount in Price Manager, but not in Attribute Controller, where you have to enter a fixed deducted amount off the attribution over a certain quantity purchase.

e.g. under "Attributes Qty Price Discount:"Entering something like 100:0,125:-.05 (where 0.05 is deducted from the final attribute price).

Is that assumption true? Please let me know.
As I can't find anyway to apply a standardize percentage discount across certain products with the same attributes sets, I went and modified the includes/classes/shopping_cart.php code to allow something like this :

100:0,125:-5%

If anyone find this mod useful, then I will post it here.
