I change encoding page english.php from ANSI to UTF8 and ... my site broken

Hello all,

First I sorry for my English is not good... But I need some help from everybody...

I has install a new zencart, and include UTF-8 Support

I changed /includes/languages/english.php encoding from ANSI to UTF8 and upload it again.

After that I see some problem:

1/

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at G:\WwW\i4gamer.com\httpdocs\zen\includes\languages\english.php:1) in G:\WwW\i4gamer.com\httpdocs\zen\includes\init_includes\init_templates.php on line 78

I fixed already... I add @ at line 78 page /includes\init_includes\init_templates.php

@header("Content-Type: text/html; charset=" . CHARSET);

2/
My site view well in firefox browser (view center align), But... when I using Internet Explorer browser, it at left align, some header font is incres large increase...
I don't know how to fix that problem. At first times, I think problem at template... But it's not right...
