    Default error message: mixed sandbox & live settings

    I have turned off the "sandbox" and gone through my PayPal profile to see if I can find anything that shows that I am still in a testing mode. I use Paypal on another part of this site and it works, but not with the Zencart.

    This is the error message I am getting:
    We are sorry for the inconvenience. The PayPal account in this store is presently misconfigured to use mixed sandbox and live settings. We are unable to complete your transaction. Please notify the store owner so they can correct this problem. (10002)

    Any ideas? I am missing something.

    The error message means that any or all of your API Signature settings that you entered in Zen Cart admin don't match the API Signature settings supplied by PayPal.

    Perhaps you made a typo or accidentally copy/pasted extra characters ?

    I Also got this error message when using "Sandbox" settings with my "Live" API that Paypal gave me. It wasn't clear anywhere that this wouldn't work, until I searched on Paypal for "Sandbox API".

    You will see some data there.
